Even if you're not making progress as rapidly as you'd like, you should be satisfied and will need to have patience. You're not trying to compete with others when it comes to improving your fitness. You're moving in the right direction as long as you're taking steps forward. Keep these tips for dealing with fitness obstacles in mind and they'll help you stay on course to your fitness goals.
